Testing before cataract surgery Fourier Domain axial length measurement and topography OA-2000 is the perfect device to measure axial length, corneal curvature radius and corneal topography with one shot. By using the new measurement formulae, measurement rate has improved.

Fourier Domain axial length measurement and topography

High penetration ability is possible using the Fourier Domain method which is effective for high-speed scanning. Compared to our former model, penetration ability has improved due to the search function detecting the measurable area automatically. Topography in the TMS series is useful for identifying abnormal corneal shapes, which is difficult to detect with slit-lamp testing.

7 kinds of data with one shot

One click on the "Measurement" button gives parameters for calculating the IOL power of up to 7 kinds of data. A short scanning time is helpful to both examiners and patients.

High functionality

The OA-2000 has a compact body equipped with a 10.4-inch color TFT monitor. With its tilt function, testing becomes easier whether standing or sitting down.

IOL power calculation system

Use measured data and calculate IOL power. There are 10 calculation formulae including 2 for post-LASIK surgery eyes. Statistics functions are effective for supporting from pre-cataract surgery to post-operation.

Link with an ultrasound device

Despite a high penetration rate with the OA-2000, there are some cases when the measurement is difficult due to defective tissue and/or bleeding. By connecting to the Bio & Pachymeter AL-4000, wireless communication is available. Within the OA-2000, IOL power calculation and data saving are also possible.
